On your smartphone
1. Log in to the Mobile Banking App.
2. Tap Cards.
3.聽Select the card you want to order the new PIN for.
4.聽Tap the three points on the upper right.
5.听罢补辫 Order PIN.
6.聽Follow the instructions.
You will receive a new PIN by mail within a few days.
On your computer

Ordering a new PIN in E-Banking
- Log on to E-Banking.
- Navigate to 鈥淎ccounts & Cards > Settings for cards > Order PIN鈥
- Select the card for which you wish to order a PIN and confirm your selection.
- You will receive a new PIN by mail within a few days.
Change PIN
You can change your PIN at any ATM in Switzerland. Simply insert your card, select 鈥淐hange PIN鈥 and follow the instructions on the screen.
The machine will reject overly simple PINs such as 1234 or 5555 for security reasons. It is not possible to change your PIN from outside Switzerland. For security reasons, do not use any personal data such as your date of birth, telephone number or car registration number when creating a PIN.
