Life after your apprenticeship

Promoting and developing our apprentices is important to us. After completing the training program, we offer various career opportunities and further education possibilities, and many of our apprentices transition to permanent positions.

Degree apprenticeships

These 4-year apprenticeships are carried out in partnership with the University of Exeter, a distinguished member of the UK鈥檚 Russell Group universities. As an apprentice, you鈥檒l dedicate a set amount of work hours to learning. Also (as a registered student with the University of Exeter) you鈥檒l get full access to the university鈥檚 academic resources.

You鈥檒l begin with a Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist apprenticeship, then progress onto a Level 6 Financial Services Professional apprenticeship.

It includes a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 and/or Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) qualification, which culminates in a BSc (Honours) Applied Finance degree.聽

Requirements

  • ABB at A-Level (or equivalent)
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English Language (5 or above) and Mathematics (6 or above)

Here, you鈥檒l work towards gaining a BSc (Honours) in Digital and Technology Solutions with the University of Exeter.

Requirements

  • ABB at A-Level (or equivalent)
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English Language (5 or above) and Mathematics (6 or above)

Being able to provide an entire spectrum of banking services is what gives our clients the advantage, and you the opportunity to experience more. From working at the trading desk, to client strategy, and many other roles, we provide every service our clients need.

Advanced apprenticeships

Get ahead of the curve and gain valuable experience now. Our advanced apprenticeships typically range from 15-18 months and enable you to gain industry recognized qualifications to jumpstart your career. Completion of the advanced apprenticeship can also lead to relevant higher apprenticeships and further qualifications.

Human Resources

Our specialists provide strategic HR advice and services to the whole firm, working closely with each business area to help them empower and engage their teams.

You鈥檒l work towards a CIPD qualification, while gaining practical experience across multiple teams within HR.

Requirements

  • BBB at A-Level (or equivalent)
  • Level 5 or above in Mathematics and English Language GCSE

Business administrator 鈥 Global Banking

Working as a business administrator within Global Banking, you鈥檒l support various teams with the administration and coordination of tasks. You鈥檒l put new learnings from your diploma into practice while working with our experts.

Here, you鈥檒l work towards your CMI Diploma and gain a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship qualification.

Requirements

  • BCC at A-Level or equivalent
  • Level 5 or above in Mathematics and English Language GCSE
