    Over 40 countries in Africa have committed to professionalizing their health workforce. Last Mile Health and Integrate Health are helping them implement scalable solutions.

    It offers a roadmap of 16 actionable recommendations to elevate the status of women community healthcare workers and create a more equitable environment.
