Tell us a bit about yourself and your experience here.

I was born and raised in New Jersey. I went to Bucknell University, where I studied managing for sustainability and played football.

I have been at ¶·Å£ÆåÅÆÔÚÏß for a little over a year in the Graduate Talent Program (GTP). Since joining, I've enjoyed rotations with the sales strategy team, chief marketing office, the Financial Advisor Advisory Council, and public finance. I will be doing my next four month rotation with financial advisors in a branch in New York City.

How are you plugged in at ¶·Å£ÆåÅÆÔÚÏß outside of your role?

Outside of my role, I am a co-chair of the GTP net business snapshots committee. This group puts on events for graduates to hear from business leaders about career advice and timely topics/initiatives for the company. I am also a member of the GTP grad committee, which is a group that serves as liaisons between the graduates and program management. Earlier in the year, I spoke on a panel for the Sophomore Diversity Program, and I try to attend as many All Bar None (an employee network that promotes gender equality) and Mosaic (an employee group that celebrates cultural diversity) events as I can.

What do you enjoy most about working here?

My favorite part about ¶·Å£ÆåÅÆÔÚÏß is the people and the culture. The New York office is an inspiring work environment, filled with people who want everyone around them to be the best versions of themselves. There is always an opportunity to learn.

What is one of your favorite memories so far since joining?

My favorite memories since joining revolve around relationships, ranging from my colleagues and friends that I met during my internship, to my managers and co-workers in each of my rotations.

If you had to pick one thing that sets ¶·Å£ÆåÅÆÔÚÏß apart from the competition, what would it be?

Beyond the rich history and strong reputation of the company, the culture sets ¶·Å£ÆåÅÆÔÚÏß apart for me. The client focus, challenge and drive to be better really resonate with me.

Finally, what do you like to do outside of work to switch off?

Outside of work, I enjoy working out at the gym, going to comedy shows and exploring different neighborhoods and food in New York City.
